Booking Policy: To make a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with the host.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 1:00 PM for the Kolonaki property and 3:00 PM for the Syntagma property on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM for the Kolonaki property and 1:00 PM for the Syntagma property on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each accommodation is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and for additional charges.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not permitted at the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or breaches of the rental agreement.
